Graduate Student Scholarships

Who is eligible?

Eligible graduate students are those who:

• Have completed at least 12 credit hours in a MS/MA/MAE degree program or 30 hours in a doctoral program.
• Are in good academic standing in their degree program.
• Are not previous recipients of the AAACE Graduate Student Scholarship.

What expenses are covered?

The graduate student scholarship includes the AAACE National Conference registration fee, as well as the conference fees for the Commission for International Adult Education (CIAE) Pre-conference and/or the Commission for Professors of Adult Education (CPAE) Co-conference.

How do I apply?

Scholarship applications and additional information are available here. Applications must be received as an email attachment or fax by Tuesday, September 4, 2012.

Graduate Student Welcome Breakfast

Thursday, November 8, 7-9am

The breakfast is your opportunity to:

• Meet and ask questions of leading scholars in the field of Adult Education
• Network with other graduate students
• Learn more about the benefits of AAACE membership

Your $15 reservation includes a continental breakfast and roundtable sessions with a panel of adult education professors. Sign up by checking the box next to "Graduate Student Breakfast & Forum (Nov. 8): Reservation required, $15.00," under Evening and Special Events.

Special Rates for the CPAE Co-Conference

Graduate students may attend the Commission for Professors of Adult Education (CPAE) Co-Conference, Thursday afternoon and Friday, November 8 - 9, at a reduced rate of $25.
