Want to Volunteer?
Make this Conference a Success and Reduce Your Conference Fee by Helping as a Volunteer.
A limited number of volunteers are needed to assist in registration, serve as concurrent session hosts, and help with other duties. A conference fee reimbursement of up to $100 is available in exchange for 10 hours of volunteer time. To volunteer, when you Register click the circle next to "Be a Conference Volunteer."
Volunteers are selected by date of registration. You will be notified before the conference if you are selected to be a volunteer.
Sunset at the Beach
Plan to join us for an AAACE evening on the beach while you're at the conference! Make your reservation now for the evening of Wednesday, October, 27th. The fun and relaxation start just outside the hotel at 5:30 p.m.
Come and enjoy an old fashioned beach party with a cookout style dinner and Jimmy Buffet era music by a live band ~ all with a gorgeous sunset on the pier! It's a Clearwater Beach tradition!
Leave it up to our adult education planners to ensure you meet new people and see old friends. Just follow the tiki lamps and warm beach smells and join us around the fire pit!

A wide array of sharing and learning makes this conference unique!
In addition to over 170 concurrent and roundtable sessions, there will be:
- International Adult Education Pre-Conference, sponsored by the Commission for International Adult Education, is Sunday evening through Tuesday midday, October 24-26. Selected papers on international adult education will be presented and discussed.
- Commission for Military Education and Training Pre-Conference begins Monday, October 25 at 8 am and ends Tuesday, October 26 at 2:30 pm.
- Commission for Professors of Adult Education Co–Conference, will be October 28–29 for graduate students, faculty, and others
- Three General Sessions will provide more opportunities for learning and participation.
- Seven special sessions with experts in the field of adult education.
- No increase in Conference fees!
- Full Conference: $275 Member, $360 Non-Member
- Two Day: $205 Member, $290 Non-Member

- President’s Reception, and Exhibit opening, included in the Conference fee.
