All registrants of pre- and co- conferences must register for the AAACE Annual Conference for a minimum of two-day. 
  • CPAE Co-conference attendees must register for the CPAE Co-Conference AND either a two-day ticket or the AAACE full conference. 
  • CDLT and CIAE Pre-Conference attendees must register for their pre-conference AND either a two-day ticket or the AAACE full conference.

All conference registrants are invited and welcome to attend the Tuesday opening reception.

Requests for Accommodation

Requests for accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act must be submitted to by 60 days prior to the first full day of the conference.

VISA Information

Citizens from participating countries who meet the requirements for the Visa Waiver Program can travel to the United States for business or tourism for up to 90 days without obtaining a visa. To see if you qualify, please review Visa Waiver Program Eligibility Requirements.

Requests for Invitations to Present and Invitations to Attend

Per Association Policy, conference registration is required in order to process Invitations. Upon registering, an Invitation to Attend will be automatically emailed.

If your Invitation is required for Visa purposes and your Visa is denied, you may receive a refund of conference fees by providing documentation of denied status.

If you are renewing your membership as well as registering for Conference at the same time, you may need to logout and then log back in after renewing your membership to be guaranteed to get the member rate for Conference.

Before finalizing your registration, you will be required to confirm acceptance of the Liability Waiver, Payment and Cancellation Policy, and Photography Waiver:

Liability Waiver:

I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, illness, death or property damage which I may have now or in the future as a result of attending this conference. This release is given in consideration of my attendance and is intended to discharge AAACE (including its officers, employees, and agents) from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my attendance and participation in the conference, even thought that liability may arise out of the negligence of the entities listed above. It is further agreed that this waiver, release, and discharge shall be binding on my estate, heirs, and assigns.

Photography Waiver:

There will be an official photographer at the conference taking photos for archival and marketing purposes. If you would like to opt out of inclusion in photos used for AAACE marketing purposes, posted to the AAACE web site or posted to AAACE social media, please email with a photo of yourself attached.

Please contact the Executive Office at to make payment arrangements if credit card processing is not possible and an invoice is needed.

After completing the registration process, you will receive an email confirmation of your event registration.  If you paid online via credit card, you will also receive and email confirmation of payment which will include a link to your invoice/receipt. 

You may also view payment history or submit payment for any outstanding invoice by logging in to your account, selecting Manage Profile on the righthand side, then Invoices under the Invoicing, Payments, and History section (be sure to toggle the “filter by” status as appropriate and select “dues” tab for membership invoices or “store” tab for conference invoices).

Cancellations and Refunds
  • The conference registration fee and pre or co-conference fees are refundable thru July 31, 2020 less a $5 administrative processing fee.
  • The conference registration fee and pre or co-conference fees are refundable August 1 - September 3, 2020 less a 30% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after September 4, 2020. Substitutions are permitted. Please contact AAACE with your concerns.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing (email) to

    No-shows at the event will be charged the full fee. Cancellations must be in writing.
