All registrants of the CDLT pre-conference, CPAE Annual Business Meeting, and/or CPAE Workshop must also register for the AAACE Annual Conference.



The first 250 registrants will receive a Welcome Box via mail (US mailing addresses, only) approximately two weeks prior to conference.  You will be asked to provide your mailing address on the registration form.

Virtual Conference Waiver

During online registration, you will be asked to accept the following waiver as a condition of registration:

I hereby grant the American Association of Adult and Continuing Education, its directors, officers, agents, and designees (collectively “AAACE”) non-revocable permission to capture my image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that AAACE will own such Images and further grant the AAACE permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to AAACE business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the AAACE prior to its use. I forever release and hold the AAACE harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.

 


Requests for Accommodation

Requests for accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act must be submitted to office@aaace.org by 60 days prior to the first full day of the conference.


Requests for Invitations to Present and Invitations to Attend

Per Association Policy, conference registration is required in order to process Invitations. Upon registering, an Invitation to Attend will be automatically emailed. If you require additional information/documentation on your Invitation, or an Invitation to Present, please submit a request here. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.


Registration Completion & Changes

Please be sure all information is complete prior to submitting your registration. Once submitted, changes may be requested by contacting office@aaace.org

If you are renewing your membership as well as registering for Conference at the same time, you may need to logout and then log back in after renewing your membership to be guaranteed to get the member rate for Conference.

Before finalizing your registration, you will be required to confirm acceptance the Payment and Cancellation Policy.

Please contact the Executive Office at office@aaace.org to make payment arrangements if credit card processing is not possible and an invoice is needed.

After completing the registration process, you will receive an email confirmation of your event registration.  If you paid online via credit card, you will also receive and email confirmation of payment which will include a link to your invoice/receipt. 

You may also view payment history or submit payment for any outstanding invoice by logging in to your account, selecting Manage Profile on the righthand side, then Invoices under the Invoicing, Payments, and History section (be sure to toggle the “filter by” status as appropriate and select “dues” tab for membership invoices or “store” tab for conference invoices).


Cancellations and Refunds
  • The conference registration fee and pre-conference fee are refundable September 3, 2020 less a $5 administrative processing fee.
  • The conference registration fee and pre-conference fee are refundable September 4 - October 2, 2020 less a 30% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after October 3, 2020. Substitutions are permitted. Please contact AAACE with your concerns.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing (email) to office@aaace.org.

    No-shows will be charged the full fee. Cancellations must be in writing.

Once registration is submitted, any changes must be processed by the office staff. While we recognize unexpected circumstances may require changes, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to registering in order to provide you with the smoothest registration process possible.
