Exciting Giveaways. Inspiring Stories of Empowerment.
We want to share the importance of educating women with you at the 2019 ProLiteracy Conference on Adult Education’s Empowering Women Through Literacy Luncheon.
Adult education helps break the cycle of intergenerational illiteracy and poverty by empowering women with the skills they need to be successful and change their lives. Through literacy, women gain the life tools they need to obtain better paying jobs, improve and maintain their health, break the cycle of poverty, stay away from crime, leave abusive relationships, and support their families.
- When: Thursday, September 26, 11:30 a.m.–12:45 p.m. PT
- What: At the Empowering Women Through Literacy Luncheon, attendees will hear an exciting announcement from ProLiteracy’s new partner, Lancôme.
